Silver Ocean, a 4 year old gelding, out of Endless Sea by Mt Livermore will compete at the Taby, Sweden Racecourse on Saturday in a one mile turf race known as the Swedish Open Mile. Silver Ocean has spent his career racing in various stakes races throughout Europe and Dubai. In his most recent outing he finished 2nd IKC Racing Pramms Memorial (SWE-III; 5/15/2012, $1,200,000, 8 1/2f, 1:46.8. He is third in all time earnings for Silver Train off sprint with a little over $216,000 in earnings.
This will be his 18th start and he will be looking for his 4th win. The prize is 400,000 Swedish Kroner or about $60,000.
